Its racking is equipped with durable, metal doors to protect your product from shipping damages. These convenient doors can be easily opened and/or removed, which is ideal for loading or unpacking merchandise. Our innovative racks are designed to reduce waste by minimizing the need for shrink wrap, boxes, pallets and various other shipping materials. Our design can also be returned and reused. This is just one step we take to help with environmental preservation and also substantial cost savings.

Komyo Logistics proudly uses Vestigo Track & Trace Systems which allows us to operate efficiently and effectively as a full inventory crate management provider.

With 24/7, real-time returnable asset tracking capabilities, Komyo Logistics utilizes Vestigo to track all of our crate movement by using a unique bar code on all crates. Crates are scanned upon entering and departing each facility and actively tracked by our crate specialist during the span of their journey from Komyo Logistics to client.

With security being a top priority, Vestigo provides a database of securely archived transactions which are password protected and can be queried by any of the data from the original transaction at a moment’s notice. Vestigo provides Komyo Logistics the ability to further enhance our customer service and satisfaction by providing reports with real-time inventory locations and detailed facility information. Our customers can accurately stay up to date during every transaction and shipment.

Komyo Logistics crates are designed around the inside dimensions of a 53-foot trailer to maximize cubing when shipping products. Within the trailer, the crates interlock so the crates do not shift. This design keeps the products secure, reducing the risk of damage and associated costs. With various sizes, it allows flexibility in transport, allowing customers to mix small, medium and large-sized crates to fully maximize trailer volume.
